This form is designed to collect information about your background, interests, academics, demonstrated leadership, and career plans. Your answers to these questions will be used only in connection with your questionnaire for the scholarship program and will be reviewed by a scholarship selection committee.

AUTHORIZATION / CERTIFICATION
Please read the following statements.
You must be able to answer "Yes" to all of these statements in order to qualify for consideration in the Scholarship.
  • I understand that if I have an unsuccessful assessment, interview, or internship I will not be eligible to receive the scholarship and/or have the scholarship renewed.
  • I confirm that I am enrolled full-time for the 2024-2025 academic year as a student at one of the institutions specified on the Scholarship webpage.
  • I confirm that I am majoring in, and will continue to major in, one of the qualifying disciplines listed on the Scholarship webpage in order to remain eligible for the Scholarship.
  • I confirm taht my current CGPA meets the program minimum of 2.5 or greater (unrounded, on a 4.0 scale).
  • I understand that I must maintain a CGPA of 2.5 or greater (unrounded, on a 4.0 scale) in order to maintain eligible for the Scholarship.
  • I understand that I must alert the Shell scholarship contact and/or their designated administrator if my graduation date changes or if I choose to co-op for a semester.

By signing and submitting this questionnaire, I (1) declare that I have read, understood, and accepted the statements sset out on the login page; (2) declare that the information that I provide through this process is complete and true; (3) give my consent to the processing of the information provided through this process and any other personal data I may provide separately in the manner and to the extent described through this process; (4) give my consent that the personal data that I provide through this process may be disclosed to other companies in Shell and to third-party organizations providing administration or other relevant services to the appropriate company in Shell; (5) authorize Shell to verify, or have verified on their, behalf all statements provided through this process and to make any necessary reference checks; (6) authorize my school to release any inoformation requested in order to be considered for the Scholarship; and (7) give my consent for Shell to keep any information that I submit, relating to the scholarship program, in their database, unless I notify them otherwise.
